Billing & Refund Policy

Every new MMA Index Pro subscription — monthly or annual — starts with a 7-day free trial with full access to every Pro tool. Cancel any time during the trial from your account page and you will not be charged anything. If you don’t cancel, your paid subscription starts automatically when the trial ends — the price and billing date are shown at checkout. The free trial applies once per customer.

Subscription charges, renewal charges, and partial subscription periods are non-refundable except where the law where you live requires otherwise. You can cancel online at any time — cancelling stops the next renewal, and your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.

Charged in error, double-billed, or something else looks wrong? Please contact us first — we investigate genuine billing mistakes promptly and resolve them in full.
