Terms of Service

MMA Index (mmaindex.com, “MMA Index,” “we,” “us”) is a mixed-martial-arts research platform: a free UFC statistics database, and a paid subscription — MMA Index Pro — that provides model-estimated probabilities, market comparisons, expected-value calculations, and related analytical tools. The service is operated by MMA Index LLC, doing business in the State of Florida.

MMA Index provides statistical research, estimated probabilities, projections, and analytical tools. All outputs are estimates produced from available data and a documented methodology. They are not predictions of certainty, not betting advice, and not a guarantee of any fight, wagering, fantasy, or financial outcome.

MMA Index is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the UFC, Zuffa LLC, TKO Group Holdings, DraftKings, PrizePicks, Underdog, Kalshi, or any sportsbook, exchange, or fantasy operator referenced on the site. All trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account or subscribe. If wagering or fantasy contests are unlawful or age-restricted where you live, these terms do not make them lawful — you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping its credentials secure. A subscription is for one person: one account per subscriber, and credential sharing is not permitted. We may suspend accounts that we reasonably believe are shared, resold, or being used to extract data in bulk.

MMA Index Pro is offered as a monthly or annual subscription, billed in advance and processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial (once per customer); the price and the date billing starts are shown at checkout before you confirm.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel online at any time from your account page — no email or phone call required. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.

If we change a subscription price, the new price applies from your next renewal and we will notify you before it takes effect.

Billing and refunds are governed by our Billing & Refund Policy — in short: cancel during the free trial and you pay nothing; after the trial, charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

Using MMA Index for personal research is what it is for. You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the site or its APIs;
• republish, resell, or redistribute Pro outputs (probabilities, projections, expected values) — publicly or as part of another product or service;
• share account credentials or circumvent access controls;
• interfere with the operation or security of the service.

Quoting small excerpts of free-tier data with attribution to MMA Index is welcome.

The site, its design, its proprietary metrics, models, and outputs are ours or our licensors’. Underlying sporting facts are not owned by anyone; the compilations, derived metrics, and model outputs we build from them are protected by these terms and applicable law. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable right to use the Pro tools — it does not transfer ownership of anything.

We work to keep the data accurate, complete, and fresh, and we document our sources — but we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Third-party sources change, feeds go down, and fights get cancelled at weigh-ins. We may add, change, or retire features; if we materially reduce what a paid subscription includes, we will say so before your next renewal.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for wagering, fantasy, or financial losses of any kind. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from use of the service, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

MMA Index Pro produces estimated probabilities and expected values — estimates, not certainties, and never financial advice. If you choose to wager or enter fantasy contests, decisions and stakes are yours: never risk money you can’t afford to lose, and use the deposit limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion tools your sportsbook or fantasy operator provides.

We may update these terms; the effective date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on the site or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
