Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum needed to run the site: an email address if you create an account or join the mailing list, billing handled entirely by Stripe, and cookieless, anonymized usage analytics. We don’t run ads, we don’t sell data, and we don’t track you across other sites.

• Account information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name from Google. If you create an email/password account, we store your email, name, and a hashed password — never the password itself.
• Billing. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We receive your subscription status, plan, and billing period from Stripe; your card number never touches our servers.
• Mailing list. If you join the Pro list, we store your email and your subscription/unsubscribe status.
• Usage analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregates anonymized page-view data. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Cookies on this site are limited to what sign-in sessions require.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) for security and debugging, retained on their standard schedule.
• Support email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you.

To operate the site, authenticate you, deliver what you paid for, send transactional email (receipts, account and subscription notices), send the announcements you signed up for (with a working unsubscribe in every one), and understand aggregate usage so we can improve the product. That’s the list.

Service providers that handle user data on our behalf:

• Vercel — hosting and cookieless, anonymized analytics
• Neon — database hosting
• Stripe — payments and subscription billing
• Google — sign-in (when you choose Google)
• Resend — transactional and list email delivery

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Account data is kept while your account exists. Billing records are kept as required for accounting. To delete your account and associated personal data, or to request a copy of it, email support@mmaindex.com from the account’s address — we’ll confirm and complete it promptly. Mailing-list unsubscribes are honored immediately and permanently.

Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS), passwords are hashed, database access is restricted, and payment data lives with Stripe, not us. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the surface small: the less we collect, the less there is to protect.
